This year, I attended the Water Lantern Festival in Windsor, Colorado. The weather was perfect. The park was crowded. The food-truck lines got really long! Then when the MC gave people the opportunity to go up on stage and tell their story, many people lined up for that as well. Some of the stories were pretty heart-wrenching. Some were up-lifting. The resilience of the human spirit never ceases to amaze me!
